The modified services kept us safe, with a delicious breakfast delivered right to our door at the exact time we requested. The private deck offered jaw-dropping views of Moosehead Lake and mountains, perfect for sipping coffee and enjoying the spectacular setting. We loved hiking and even had some exciting encounters with the Ghosts of the Forest. The location was superb, with a beautiful yard and close proximity to hiking trails and restaurants. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, cookware, and kitchen utensils. The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel at home while being far away. A truly mind-blowing place to stay for a week or more!

The en-suite bathroom at Lodge at Moosehead Lake is simply stunning! The brand new soaking tub by the window, surrounded by black granite, is perfect for relaxing after a long day of karaoke and casino fun. And the separate glass-doored shower is a great bonus! The antique wicker vanity adds a charming touch to the overall ambiance. As a karaoke and casino lover, I absolutely loved this room!
Personally, I didn't enjoy one feature of the room. However, I understand that others may still find enjoyment in it.

The breathtaking views of Maine's largest lake and the surrounding mountains left us in awe. We enjoyed fishing, hiking, boating, and experiencing the abundant wildlife. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation. The highlight was the guided moose safari, where we not only encountered majestic moose but also had a delightful canoe trip through a secluded pond. The lodge even surprised us with a picnic breakfast in the woods, creating cherished family memories. The attention to detail and outstanding service made us feel truly pampered. We cannot wait to return with our loved ones!
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities.

We had a blast exploring Maine's largest lake. The fishing was off the hook, and we caught some massive fish. Hiking in the Maine Highlands was a thrilling adventure with breathtaking views. We also rented a boat and spent the whole day cruising on the lake, feeling like rockstars. And let's not forget about the wildlife! We spotted moose and other amazing creatures during our stay. The Lodge made it all super easy and fun!
The only thing we would've asked for is a better nightlife scene. As young party-goers, we were craving some dancing and DJ vibes to top off our amazing days.

The Lodge at Moosehead Lake is wonderfully decorated with a charming rustic Maine theme. The common areas are cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. As a senior woman, I found the lodge to be easily accessible and accommodating to my needs, ensuring a comfortable stay.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the young staff members when it comes to planning activities suitable for senior guests.

The Lodge has a charming and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The hardwood floors were lovely and easy to walk on, and the large French doors opening onto a private deck provided breathtaking views of Moosehead Lake and the surrounding mountains. The window seat tucked into the bay windows was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. I also appreciated the "old-world" stone tiles in the en-suite bathroom, which added a touch of elegance. The Lodge's location in West Central Maine allowed for easy access to wildlife viewing and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
I would have liked more assistance from the staff, especially for senior guests. It would have been helpful if the children working there could have provided more guidance and assistance during my stay.
